Ramblings for Late July…

Recently, a boxer died after taking a lot of unnecessary punishment in the ring. I’ve been waiting for this to happen in MMA. Lets hope it doesn’t.  Whenever you sever a vein that branches from your skull into your core central cerebellum, you obviously bleed and create pressure. A section of the fighters skull was removed to allow for the pressure to be relieved, but brain damage was already extensive. The fighter, 28, died after lapsing into a coma.

It’s really only a matter of time before it happens in MMA.

Speaking of head injuries, how about the Russian government being responsible for attacks on “diplomats” in Cuba from America? Those diplomats were CIA agents, supposedly. Ultrasonic weapons, probably attempts at espionage, directed energy acoustics, are seemingly responsible, though not many people talk about their theories of the precise “weaponry” used and its actual level of sophistication. You remember Lillo Brancato? The kid who played “C” in A Bronx Tale? Yeah, it’s a long story. I just watched his film “Wasted Talent.” Really didn’t tell a lot of the details I was looking for in a documentary on a young actor who once had everything, lost his way, got into drugs, and eventually participated in the murder of a police officer. It’s a very sad tale regardless of whose side you take.

Generation 7 NASCAR will unveil at the 2021 Daytona 500. The cars are coming along, but the engines and aligning with the eventual introduction of a handful of new manufacturers are seemingly of issue according to reports.
